FEES
The
fee for LiveScan fingerprinting for UCSF employment or licensing in
California is $130.00. This fee includes a record check with
the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI.
The
LiveScan cycle begins when the individual is fingerprinted and ends with the
issuance of a memorandum from the Security Division of the UCSF Police
Department. The memorandum is sent to the Hiring Manager or Department
Administrator stating that the applicant has received fingerprint clearance
from the DOJ and the FBI.
The rolling fingerprint

the time to roll the prints and the electronic submission to the DOJ and
FBI. The fee does not include the processing fees charged by the DOJ
and FBI. The LiveScan Request Form requires the requesting agency to include
their ORI number and Billing Code.
The
fee for out-of- state licenses is $12.17 per application. This
fee covers the cost of taking the prints and returning the completed cards
to the applicant. A records check with the DOJ or FBI is not
